These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CricketArena website and booking services. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our online booking system.
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment has been processed.
- Each booking is for one hour per lane unless otherwise specified.
- Please arrive on time for your booking. Late arrivals will not be entitled to extended time.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- CricketArena reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility maintenance, emergencies). In such cases, a full refund or rescheduled booking will be offered.
Facility Rules
- All users must wear appropriate footwear and clothing for indoor cricket.
- CricketArena provides bowling machines for use during sessions. Users are responsible for using equipment safely and as instructed.
- No food or drink (other than water) is permitted in the playing area.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- Any damage to equipment or facilities caused by negligence or misuse may result in charges for repair or replacement.
Health & Safety
Cricket is a physical sport, and participation is at your own risk. CricketArena takes reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all users, but we are not liable for any injuries sustained during your session. We recommend that all players warm up before their session and use protective equipment where appropriate.
Liability
CricketArena shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our facilities, except where caused by our negligence. Users are responsible for their own personal belongings. CricketArena accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Credit System
- CricketArena may offer credit codes or vouchers from time to time.
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Credits must be used within the validity period specified at the time of issue.
Changes to Terms
CricketArena reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
